  • Flaxseed Meal
    • Flax seeds contain Omega-3 fatty acids, which have been shown to have heart-healthy effects. Flax seeds also contain lignans, which have antioxidant qualities. In fact, they have 80 times more lignans than other plant food. Flax is a source of both soluble and insoluble fiber. It is a powerful natural cholesterol controller.
    • Flaxseed is considered one of the most powerful plant foods in existence.
    • We use a premium quality organic golden flax seed, which has been cold milled to protect the vital Omega-3 oils. Each Omega Bun has 3050 milligrams of Omega-3s. The thinner hull of this variety minimizes carbs and maximizes nutrients.
  • Eggs
    • Eggs are loaded with high-quality proteins, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Egg yolks contain vitamin D and Lutein, which protects your eyes as well as choline with is a nutrient that promotes brain health.

  • Psyllium

    • Baking soda is derived from minerals – nahcolite and trona, which are mined predominantly in the USA! Baking soda has a variety of health benefits and is even antibacterial.
  • Vinegar
    • Vinegar assists the body in the absorption of essential minerals and helps to slow the absorption of sugars in the bloodstream.
  • Stevia
    • Stevia is a natural sweetener derived from a plant species of the Asteraceae family. Its leaves contain steviol glycosides which are 250-300 times sweeter than sugar. Stevia is much safer to use over refined sugar. It contains zero calories and is beneficial in glycemic control, lowering blood pressure, controlling weight, and reducing the risk of pancreatic cancer. We use pure organic stevia powder, which has no additives.
